A great location, with a direct view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The room was very cozy, and the wooden structure didn't look old at all. I was just drinking coffee on the side, but the sun was so comfortable that I decided to stay in Zermatt for another day. I asked the hotel next door and got the last room with a balcony with a mountain view. I was so lucky!

The hotel is in a great location for skiing, close to the two main departure points and the train station. Unlike many hotels in Zermatt, you need to climb a small hill. The hotel facilities are also good and there are no disappointments.

I booked a Matterhorn view room and it was the best choice. There is no fridge in the room, but there is a shared fridge, microwave, and water bottle in the basement. Breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the cappuccino that they made for me.

It's easy to access from all stations in Chermatt, and the roads are simple. It's along the river, so if you get lost while walking around town, just follow the river and you'll find your way there.
The room had a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. It was amazing to see the mountain reddened by the morning sun as I woke up from my room.
The breakfast was simple, but the service was good, with the waitress offering hot tea and coffee. The bread was delicious.
There was a shared lounge in the room behind the front desk, and it had board games, books, and a coffee machine. It was open 24 hours a day.

The lady at the counter was very interesting and friendly. You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Although the weather was bad and I couldn't see it, it was still a good stay. The pillows were very comfortable.

Excellent! 2 nights stayed in hotel parnass. We have booked a room with Matterhorn view .. unfortunately , not able to see it due to the bad weather snow fall persists.
