The location is perfect. The room was small but clean and had plenty of storage space. Drinking water was provided which was helpful. The staff were very friendly.

I wish I was writing a glowing review for this hotel but I simply cannot as I find it inexcusable that in this day and age there was no complimentary tea/Coffee or even a kettle in the room. Secondly the breakfast was an absolute joke. Boiled eggs and slices of meat with cold bread. Utterly diaspoointing for the cost. The room itself was good and warm but had paper thin walls. I could hear every conversation in the other room and the snoring guests at night. Won't be staying again.

The room is not comes with kettle and the location is quite far from the station. Not so friendly for travellers with big luggage. The breakfast was good. The room is quite old and a bit smelly. However, the balcony is good and the view is nice. Overall is average.

We booked a room with two beds for 2 people but when we got there they said something was wrong with the booking, we booked for 1 person only so we had to pay the difference of 100CHF but this was acceptable so we paid the difference but after checking in we found that 1 light at the entrance didn't work and there were 2 lamps at the head of the bed but there was only a plug on one side so the other side didn't work and to make matters worse the window was broken and didn't close properly so sleeping made me have a sore throat and I was sick the next day because of the cold weather and the window couldn't close properly the next day we found out that the cleaning only changed the towels and refilled the tissue paper but no vacuuming because there was a lot of dust at the head of the bed and under the bed. Unfortunately my first visit to Zermatt was not very impressive for this hotel.
