First of all, since there are so many good accommodations in Zermatt, this accommodation looks very shabby. Also, the Matterhorn cannot be seen from the room because it is blocked by the building next door. The staff is relatively friendly, but I was very annoyed because they did not allow me to use the microwave even though there was one. In particular, it was difficult to eat rice or any food that requires a microwave. The rooms are also small. I have zero intention of visiting again.

Very nice little room. The room is not big but it is super clean and tidy. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the window. The bed is very soft and super comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk from Zermatt Station, which is very convenient.

The floor is very dirty like never be cleaned before.
The balcony’s door can’t be locked and the staff isn’t very helpful. They think it’s not a problem and don’t want to fix this.

The place is clean. Location is about 10-15 mins walk from station. There are about 5 steps to climb even though there is a small lift, reach to every level. The view is nice.
