Our family stayed here for four days. It was my mother in law’s birthday and the hotel staff went out of their way to make it special. They knew each family member and made us all feel very welcomed. The kids LOVED the pool. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We had a good dinner at the hotel one night. The only minor problems were the shower (flooding bathroom) and breakfast was just ok and the same every day. The coffee was great.

The service was good. The room was clean and the Matterhorn view was excellent. The hotel also offered us the shuttle between the train station. Overall quality was good.

Our favorite hotel in Switzerland. Room was comfortable with a deck that framed the Matterhorn. Breakfasts and dinners were very good and the staff was the friendliest we found. Spa and pool were great and hotel’s proximity to town was also very good. We stayed four nights. Lots to do in Zermatt

The hotel is extremely well situated to the main commercial streets and to two of the main lift access points (Sunnegga and the Gornergrat). Views from the Matterhorn side of the hotel are breathtaking. Rooms, public spaces and the spa areas are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is generous and good. To us it seemed like the half-board option is not as much used in Zermatt and there are a lot of fun and lively restaurants so that would be our recommendation. Staff was available and helpful.

This hotel was in an excellent location!! Very close to the Sunnega lift and the Green line bus that takes you from lift to lift. Breakfast included was convenient. Having the spa after a long day was very needed!

Zermatt Ski trip
Great location, great spa facilities and the staff was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

The hotel staff gave us the best possible service. The location of the hotel is very close to the town center. Specially convenience in cold winter days. The room is spacious and clean with all the needed facilities. Bed is large and comfortable. Beautiful view from the room balcony to the mountain.
