Had a wonderful experience staying at 22 Summits. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Hotel also had a nice view of the Matterhorn.

The hotel is beautiful both inside and outside, with large rooms, spa, sauna, gym and other facilities. The breakfast is delicious.
It is very close to the Glacier Paradise Cable Car, but quite far from the station. If you have large luggage, you need to call the hotel in advance to pick up and drop off. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the station.
What's more disappointing is that I originally booked a mountain view room, but I could only see a little bit of the mountain top from the first floor. If I want to see the golden sunrise, I still have to endure the cold and run out of the wooden bridge outside the hotel to see it first. It's very different from the hotel.

Excellent location. Is at a short walk from the busy center and that makes it nice and quiet. The rooms facing South offer a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Very nice fresh breakfast is server and the bar has a nice mood to it. The SPA is nice, very clean and very tranquille.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und ein tolles Zimmer mit Matterhornblick im oberstem Stockwerk bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und alles war neuwertig. Das Zustellbett für unser Kind hat super geklappt. Am besten hat uns der direkte Blick auf das Matterhorn aus dem Bett (oder natürlich auch vom Balkon aus) gefallen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Optionen. Freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Service. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Wellnessbereich auf 2 Ebenen mit 3 Saunen und einem kleinen Aussenpool. Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant (aber davon gibt es ja genug in Zermatt). Die Lage ist sehr nah an den Seilbahnen oder nur wenige Schritte von der zentralen Fussgängerzone entfernt.

We booked a balcony Matterhorn view room. Room was lovely. Glass wall looking straight at the Matterhorn. You could crack the balcony door open and fall asleep to the sound of the river every night. This hotel is at the opposite end of the train station so I would recommend you take the hotel shuttle rather than walk with your luggage. We walked it and it was tiring hauling roller bags uphill. The town is not too big so walking around town without luggage was not a problem. Location is very close to the cable cars for skiing and for the Matterhorn Glacial Paradise. We ate the breakfast buffet each morning, and there were many options. Thoughroughly enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it, and recommend getting the Matterhorn view room, it is worth it!

Die sehr freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, ein schönes Zimmer im modernen Design und vor allem das supernette Team prägten unseren Aufenthalt im 22 Summits. Das Menü im pop up Restaurant von Alain war exzellent und die Lage des Hotels sowieso.
