在采爾馬特小鎮中心，雖然看不到馬特洪峯，但是裏火車站很近，拖着行李走300來米就到。在二樓還有免費下午餐。早餐餐廳雖然不大，但是品質不錯。特別感謝打掃衞生的服務員，拾金不昧，讓我們拿到遺忘在房間裏的手機，

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt, centrally located on the main shopping street and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful pre-arrival WhatsApp messages from the front desk, and even a partial Matterhorn view from the balcony upon request. Only minor flaw was the pillow being a bit too flat, but everything else was truly perfect!

The hotel is located on the main street of Zermatt, just a two-minute walk after getting off the train, which is very convenient.
The room is large in size, decorated in an elegant and comfortable style, and has a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The only inconvenience is that there is a beam above the bed that is easy to hit your head because of the sloped roof. It takes a few times to get used to it before you notice it⚠️
The hotel's breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of ingredients and fresh and delicious ingredients. The service staff are also polite and attentive.
The town is not big, and dining, shopping and entertainment around the hotel are very convenient.

The hotel is perfect. At first when I look at the photos, I thought it would be a cozy small wooden room which is a little bit worn out. But no! Everything is so new and clean. The location is perfect! Center of everything! Breakfast got a wide range of choices too. Staff are nice. One downside of the hotel is that for me, the pillow is wayyy too flat. I have to put the towels from the bathroom under the pillow. Other than that, perfect!

The hotel in Zermatt is relatively small. It is not as good as the one we stayed in before, but the cleanliness is not bad. The only dissatisfaction is that we booked a room for two, but the front desk told us when we stored our luggage. It was said that it could only accommodate one person. If two people wanted to stay, we would have to pay extra. The front desk said it would cost 50 Swiss francs. We agreed. Later, when we officially checked in at the hotel, the front desk said that we would have to pay 69 Swiss francs and waited for us to check out. At that time, they said the total was 77 Swiss francs. In the end, we gave a total of 77 Swiss francs. I think the front desk here needs to be trained uniformly. It makes us very unhappy to keep adding money.

I will preface that I came to this hotel because of a tour. There will be our lunch break as I was a solo some shopping traveler . The best part if the hotel was in the middle of the main city ***** . Zermatt is all pedestrian except small electric taxis and jokes . The staff was ok . Spoke some English but not much . Room 207 was small but enough . The bathroom had a treacherous bathtub so be very careful definitely not senior friendly . There is hair dryer and amenities, even a wash cloth ! There is no A/C but I got a fan . Again the pillows were very flat and soft , a recurring theme in Switzerland. We had dinner at the restaurant as a group but it was pretty bad. Just grab food at the market, the salads were great there. Don’t forget to get up at sunrise to see the Matterhorn at the bridge. It was a simple walk.

Absolutely stunning accommodation and superb lobation, right in the heart of Zermatt. Extremely attentive staff, beautiful room with a view of the Matahorn. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate and modern. We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here and we intend to come back for another stay. Thank you to all the friendly staff.
