The service here are the best. The staff are very lovely and super nice. The beds are very comfy. Very satisfied with this hotel. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an accommodation in Zermatt.

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.

Semaine de ski exceptionnelle en famille, nous avions 2 chambres de luxe décorée style Mountain chic. Très bonne literie. L'hôtel est très bien situé le long de la rue principale. Il dispose de plusieurs restaurants, de bars et d spa. Très bon accueil. Je recommande un séjour su Unique Horl Post.

We stayed at several different hotels throughout Switzerland and this one was our favorite!!! Cozy, clean, and in the middle of everything. It checks all the boxes for an amazing stay. If you like dancing, the bar/club located at the basement level of this establishment stays open till 4/5am and the bartenders are super friendly. For those worried about the noise level, I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear anything at all. Oh and don’t forget to bring swim shorts/attire to enjoy the spa. Enjoy

Excellent séjour du début à la fin. Personnel charmant et très professionnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner. Nettoyage des chambres impeccables. Offres variées (bars, restaurants, clubs) au sein de l'hôtel. De plus nous avons été upgradé en Junior Suite. Merci beaucoup.
