It's a little far from the center, but walkable.
There were no overhead lights, so the room was a little dark.
There was also no hairdryer (I called reception, but they said they'd look for one, but there was nothing...), which was a little disappointing.
The sauna seems to be free, so I'd like to use it next time if I have the chance.

The best hotel to see the Matterhorn. The best photography angle is the balcony of the room. But it must not be the room on the other side. Although the hotel is not the best, the view of the mountains is definitely the best

I had to leave before 7:30 a.m. in the morning, so I couldn't enjoy breakfast (which was offered from 7:30 a.m. on Saturday), but as an alternative I had a "lunch package" the night before with a sandwich, fruit and get an egg.

malgré une réservation des semaines à l'avance et un coup de fil de sécurité la veille pour vérifier que "tout était en ordre", découverte à l'arrivée que la chambre retenue pour mon épouse n'était ni de la classe ni de l'orientation plusieurs fois vérifée, mais une petite chambre donnant sur un mur et ans balcon. Honte au management de cet hôtel, qui n'a même pas pris la peine de nous prévenir avant que nous découvrions la chambre. Nous avons dû chercher en hâte, en pleine saison, un gîte de secours pour nos cinq nuits - à fuir

Very disappointing and unsympathetic response from hotel. My husband was very unwell and unfit to travel but as we had a ‘non refundable’ booking they wouldn’t refund. They suggested maybe I might come with someone else! This despite having told me a few days earlier that we had the last room in the hotel!
