It's a little far from Shermatt Station, but the Japanese Bridge is very close by. The weather was good, so we were able to see the Matterhorn's morning glow from there.
I had included breakfast, but since I was heading to Gornergrat first thing in the morning, I asked about the venue before breakfast time, and they gave me bread and coffee and also arranged for me to take it out.
The staff were friendly and I had a great time.

Location is slightly further from the train station, however you can hire a local EV taxi for est. CHF5/person from hotel to the train station (together with your luggages). Breakfast spread was decent and would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget to Zermatt. Down the road you’re able to see this Matterhorn view!

Location: On the hillside. There is no extra charge for pick-up and drop-off service from the station. There is a bus. It will be painful to go uphill with luggage, but the trip is OK. It is not far from the place where you can take the ropeway up the mountain. It is quite convenient.
Facilities: Very old hotel but well maintained
Hygiene: ok ok
Service: The breakfast room is relatively small, but we will arrange breakfast at staggered times in advance to ensure that it is not crowded. In this regard, the service is more attentive.
The overall experience is okay. In the relatively expensive town of Zermatt, it is a relatively cost-effective hotel! !
