Portonovo Plaza Expo

Excelente ubicación, solo no aplican el reglamento; eran las 11:30 pm y aún había gente en la alberca con mucho ruido. Nadie se acerco para poner orden. La habitación muy limpia pero las instalaciones en general muy sucias.

There is no air conditioning, no elevator, poor sound insulation, and I waited 20 minutes to check in. There were no toothbrushes or slippers in the room. It was very simple overall. I suggest not to book it.

Un hotel bien ubicado con habitaciones normales (muy vieja su deterioradas las de la parte de atrás) y limpias pero con varios defectos que no se atienden ni se arreglan porque al personal del Hotel no le importa ni hacen caso de los reclamos de los huéspedes porque no atienden particiones tales como que las Televisiones no sirven, agua acumulada en la zona de las regaderas, Mala o nula señal del internet en las habitaciones, etcétera.., lo más salvable es que tienen desayuno con fruta, café y yogur que lo salva a uno de irse en ayunas…, recomendaría quedarte bajo tu propio riesgo porque francamente no sé si yo volvería a regresar…

Hello, we spent one night at the Portonovo and we were cold all night, they told us they didn't have blankets, do me a favor, a hotel that doesn't have blankets. I think we would have been less cold in the car than there. I don't recommend it, the bathroom was dirty.

I liked that the staff is very friendly, but the room was very dirty, the internet and the TV did not work. I found myself in a very unpleasant situation and had to change hotels. The pictures look great, but it's not what it seems.
