最近比較忙，今天才有時間評論。我是過年期間棗莊訂的，從年三十到初三，我覺得非常好，很推薦👍。前台一位女經理的服務很好，我年三十訂房，下單時有備註，在路上就接到了一位很温柔值班女經理的電話，説按照我的備註照做了，非常暖心服務範圍。到了酒店入住是三十晚上，前台值班的女經理還很貼心的給我主動提供水餃，關心我怎麼吃飯，很感動，並且提前幫我把房間做了通風，開好了空調，她真的是很體貼，很用心。過年期間我感冒了，説鼻子比較幹，她們前台的工作人員還專門從家裡幫我帶了加濕器，主動裝了純凈水送到了房間，讓我覺得很體貼暖心，真是賓至如歸，尤其是過年，這個服務讓我覺得她們是真的五星級水平。每個酒店的裝修都是一樣的，最大的區別就是服務，一個酒店的成功不僅在於裝修，更在於軟設施：優秀的員工。我覺得這家酒店的服務，無論是帶長者孩子入住，都能夠很愉快，感覺到很舒適。她們給予了我很多房費以外，她們本職工作以外的照顧和關心。非常感謝，尤其是過年，漂泊的旅人，在這裡是温暖的，有家的感覺。如果老闆能看到我的這條評論，我真的要祝賀您，請到了非常專業的經理，有一批用心真誠有愛的員工。我覺得這個酒店的老闆，應該對待她們似於東來一樣好，所以她們能像“胖東來”的員工一下，用心服務，幸福工作，並把幸福傳遞給每一個人。酒店裝修很好，位置很方便，步行就能到達棗莊站，停車場很大而且很好停車，房間乾淨，裝修很高檔，落地窗，採光很好封閉的也很安全，性價比非常高。期待2026年的春節，我會再次入住，期待和你們的再次相見。走的太匆忙，早上六點半就收拾東西返程了，沒來得及和前台服務的經理們説一聲感謝，和新年快樂🙏🎉這個酒店，我是一個很挑剔的人，我真的挑不出毛病，連停車場的保安都是能大冷天半夜主動出來幫你協調車位的，我是真的感動了。我真沒想到，在我曾經生活了十幾年的一個城市，還有那麼優秀的服務和體驗感。我不知道下次是什麼呀，但是我覺得再忙我也要來給他們寫這個評價，她們對我用心貼心，我的評價更要為她們的這份情，摸着良心。很推薦。你們可以相信我，一個超級挑剔且脾氣古怪的女人，摸着良心寫的評論推薦👍能想象麼，她們甚至在年三十給我貼了春聯和福字🥹，這份祝福真的很感動㊗️超感動！！！
