特別特別好的酒店。 酒店本身古香古色，我們入住的時候，許多遊客以為是景點。早飯也好吃，很對我和家人的胃口。 最讓我感動的是，從我預訂打電話開始，前台的小姑娘就特別熱心，我説我希望兩間房相鄰，方便互相照應，前台小姑娘就幫我留了。後來加了微信，告訴我怎麼買古城門票，車停哪裡方便。一路上，給我打了好幾個電話，詢問我到哪了，需不需要人去南門接。 我們到了古城南門，檢票進去，發現導航的路走不了，因為長者有輪椅，一定要從大路過去。於是我又打電話給前台，麻煩派人來接。接人的小夥子非常熱心，幫我們擋人流，因為輪椅確實不是很方便。 本來預計住兩個晚上，結果孩子突然發燒了，我們行程有變，需要回京了。第二天一早我就和酒店協商，人家很爽快的答應了。 雖然我們家一行五人，衹在酒店住一晚，但是體驗到了酒店絕佳的服務，美味的早飯，精緻的景色。 謝謝前台的小姑娘，謝謝接我們的小夥子，謝謝一位酒店的男士，大概是位經理吧，當時着急入住着急走，又顧長者又顧孩子，我也實在沒想到去詢問人家的姓名。 總之是特別好的體驗，非常感謝，非常感動。 最後一點，酒店表現如此出色，但是沒有一個人要求寫好評。我從北京一路自駕，最遠到浙江，十幾天住了不少酒店，大部分酒店都是加微信，然後要好評。但是，正升園沒有。我想這也是他們點評數不多的原因吧。下次有機會去古城，我肯定還會選擇正升園。 用心，才能長久。祝生意興隆。
