Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Should pay more atention to turn on the heater before clients arrive. We arrived late and the rooms were freezing. After noticing it we were immediately given another room but situation could have been avoided.

The location is not far from the main square and not too close to the river. It looks like five minutes. There is no place to eat around. If you are looking for a hotel with convenient activities, it is recommended to be located in the city center.

Hotel with a lot of modernist charm in the centre. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They have been able to combine the features of the age decoration with the practicality required by a hotel of this category!! We have repeated and we will do it again. It deserves the value.

Urban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category
