Magnifique établissement.
Magnifique établissement avec un responsable a l'écoute des besoins.
Nous nous y sommes senti très bien.
Axe d'amélioration mettre un rideau occultant sur la fenêtre du salon.
Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant juste a côté était excellent

Loved the views, location 5 to 10mins walk away from centre, modern clean rooms, friendly staff and very helpful.

Amazing place to relax in Zakopane. Great location - only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Free access to SPA, sauna with wonderful view of Giewont, free parking for guests. Massages are amazing. Highly recommend!

It was a nice property in terms of location and facilities, but Staffs were focusing on getting the money more than customer satisfaction, we faced more than issue and they were not cooperative, l'll mention two as examples, 1- they've rejected to let us check out at 12 pm and they insist to let us leave at 11:00 while next check in time at 3 pm, most properties in the world have the check out time at 12:00 pm. 2- They deducted 1000 PLN for small paint defect which not costing even 200 PLN, will attach the photo for people to judge.
