Bed was super comfortable, breakfast unbelievable and the spa area and the swimming pool very relaxing... The building itself is amazing and inside of the building every detail is wooden made, makes you feel so warm and cozy. Very luxurious hotel Probably the best hotel I've ever been in.

Kazdy aspect,jak czystosc,sniadania,wystroj,na poziomie najwyzszej klasy,profesjonalna obsluga hotelu,housekeeping hotelu zasluguje na szczegolna pochwale,poniewaz czystosc jest nienaganna,ciezka praca housekeeping widoczna jest w kazdym zakatku hotelu. We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel offered everything we needed - nice room, great location (a 5 minute walk to train station one way and into town the other) and great buffet breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. What really stood out about this hotel though was the restaurant. The quality of the food was absolutely superb and far better than a lot of the standard tourist menu offerings in Zakopane. I would stay here (and eat here) were I to return to Zakopane.

We were warmly received, our room was comfortable and our dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent - I can particularly recommend the pork knuckle. When we got home, I realised with horror that I had left my laptop in the hotel. They agreed to courier it to me and it arrived safely a few days later; it is for this courtesy and service excellence that I feel my five-star rating is justified.

We had a lovely stay in this super oldie worldie hotel. It has a completely relaxed feel from the moment you walk in. The comfy lounge seats inviting on arrival & each evening after a days exploring. Hotel is walking distance from the train station & main pedestrian st of Zakopane.Breakfast was delicious & a variety of choice. Rooms were decorated of a time long gone which just added the special touch to this super hotel. Swimming pool was also a joy to use. I would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. We absolutely loved this hotel, breakfast was amazing, the spa was beautiful, the beds so comfy. Truly such a magical experience and really made our trip to Zakopane. The hotel is also in a really good location close to the Main Street

Hotel potrzebuje modernizacji. Brak klimatyzacji, małe okna brak widoku na świat w pokoju premium. Cena zdecydowanie za wysoka jak na taki pokój, nie działające jacuzzi podczas całego pobytu. Generalnie bardzo średnio a cena wysoka i to nawet bardzo.
