We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant.
The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Hotel jest piękny i naprawdę ciężko znaleść minusy. Bardzo dobre śniadania, komfortowe pokoje, fajny basen. Byliśmy z mężem na wypadzie we dwoje, ale uwaga dla podróżujących z dziećmi, jest to raczej hotel dla dorosłych, dla dzieci nie ma wiele atrakcji.

Hotel położony w idealnym miejscu Zakopanego, wszędzie jest blisko. Czysty, nowoczesny z miłą obsługą . Świetne zaplecze basenowe oraz bardzo dobrze wyposażona siłownia. Jako, że spędziliśmy rodzinnie prawie tydzień czasu w tym hotelu to oceniam, że śniadania były bardzo monotonne, codziennie to samo … niczym nie zaskoczyły. Drinki w barze średnie, podczas deszczowych dni brakowało parasoli w recepcji co jest nie dopuszczalne w hotelu z pięcioma gwiazdkami, minusem również bardzo ciemne pokoje i lobby . Ogólnie hotel bardzo fajny ale brakowało tego czegoś ….
