Villa Adamo & Relax

We booked the most expensive apartment in that place ,but when we arrived we found that the apartment looks tired and out of date. This place pretend to be a SPA but is opened just for 4 hours with allowance 1 hr in not suitable time to customers deliberately to spear money as jacuzzi is expensive according the owner. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and dangerous to use because that. The really small bath and the shower attachment to the taps were next to useless.The towers were grey and felt rough like sand paper. The bathroom door couldn’t be properly opened because was hitting the bed. We stay for few days but the apartment was never cleaned during our stay. Coffee and tea not existed in the room. The breakfast was repetitive and boring. Overpriced, if you decide to visit Zakopane our advice is to go elsewhere as for that value of money you can find much better and nicer place to stay

The villa is located in a tranquil location close to Gubalowka Park but also close to city center ( 5-10) min so the perfect choice for us. There is a parking area available. The rooms are large ( apartment like) with a bedroom, living room, bathroom, dressing room and balcony. The owners are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is simply amazing and the spa area is awesome. You can book an hour per day to use the sauna and jacuzzi. They have a restaurant next door ( you have a 10% discount plus complimentary drinks on your first meal) where they have great food. We tried it 2 times ( chicken, veal, moutton) and it was really great. One of the best locations I have been to. Thank you for all you do!!

A 2nd time of staying at this really lovely place. All wood, lovely and warm. Big rooms. Fantastic self service breakfast, with fresh eggs cooked to just how you want them. Lovely spa in the basement. Close / easy walk to town 10 mins max Spotlessly clean, great beds. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic stay yet again, our host Ana was as helpful, friendly and respectful as usual. Immaculately clean rooms and breakfast area. Freshly baked bread every morning with a huge continental breakfast spread, and cooked eggs made to order. This is the only place to stay if you’re in Zakopane. A new addition to villa Adamo is now an on site restaurant, with beautiful decor and delicious freshly cooked meals. Lovely wine selection and professional, friendly service throughout. Thank you again for a magical and comfortable stay. 5 stars
