The room is relatively large, close to the ski resort, and is the first choice hotel for vacation in this town; the environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant; the hygiene is very clean; the service is also attentive; and the breakfast is rich and colorful.

Hotel very clean. Very friendly staff. Delicious food both in restaurant Grand Kasprowy as well as the -1 breakfast/dinner.
Curtains in the room unfortunately do not close fully and was not resolved. Quite noisy air conditioning.

The condition of the hotel is not Good especially on the floors. Aircon in the room was broken - but we got uprageded room. In the other room there was a strange noice on the 7th floor - like a laundry noise all night. I was informed by the staff that it is even worst on the 4th floor. LOL. We had to pay additionally to enter the spa/outside jacuzzi space. From 7 am they are building a pool or sth so if you want to have a peaceful stay- don’t go there. In the breakfast restaurant some tables and chairs look like from the 90’s. Overall - I would not recommend- this is not 4star hotel that I excpected.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitely come back next year. The new renovated rooms are spacious and tasty decorated. Wellness centre is fantastic however there are a few issues there. No one cleans the water off the floor and it is slippery and dangerous. It would be nice to spread lavender or eucalyptus scent in all saunas. Last thing is to supply chairs and drying rack on the balcony. Breakfast was very good , dinner buffet good however selection not big enough. Shuttle to the town is great but runs till 5 pm unfortunately. Overall we really enjoyed our stay .

Justyna 3/5 5 minut temu na stronie Google Odejmuje punkty za jedzenie. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, żeby jedzenie było zimne lub letnie. Zwłaszcza w hotelu rzekomo 4*. Obiadokolacja tylko zupy były gorące. Ciężko ocenić walory smakowe,kiedy jedzenie jest zimne. Śniadanie pierwszy dzień ta sama sytuacja. Jajecznica zimna, jajka sadzone jakby stały dwie godziny i zimne, kiełbaski, parówki. Mocno rozczarowujące. Na drugi dzień było lepiej ale nie na tym polega, że jeden dzień trafi się na ciepłe a drugi wszystko zimne. Brak kawy do obiadokolacji pierwszego dnia. Brak soków. Jedynie woda. Na drugi dzień nagle jeden ekspres włączony. Jest bufet dla malucha. Ale frytki też zimne i zleżane. Mięso na drugi dzień mega suche i bez smaku. Również zimne. Jabłka opiekane w cieście sam tłuszcz i niedobre. Ogólnie obiadokolacje totalne rozczarowanie i nie polecamy. Basen ładny, ale nie ma brodzika, małego basenu z ciepłą wodą i atrakcji dla maluchów. Są dwie zjeżdżalnie ale to dla starszych dzieci. Jako hotel reklamujący się przyjazny dla dzieci jest to duży minus. Strefa spa i basen zewnętrzny płatny dodatkowo. Bar na basenie nieczynny. Plac zabaw mały. Nie ma ławek na placu żeby usiąść, kiedy dziecko się bawi. Na pewno jest to do całkowitej zmiany. Oczekiwałabym również więcej, jeśli ktoś aspiruje do miejsca przyjaznego rodzinom z dziećmi. Kids club fajny. Widać, że nowy. Fajny małpi gaj i strefa dla malucha, mini kino. To akurat na plus. Pokoje ok. Po remoncie. Balkon są ale bez krzeseł czy stolika. Bez sensu. Hotel głównie ratuje się widokiem. Nie wiem skąd 4*. Sam remont wnętrz to za mało, skoro kuchnia tak słabo sobie radzi. Byliśmy zaskoczeni i oczekiwaliśmy zdecydowanie więcej. Nikt na recepcji nie zapytał o wrażenia. Byliśmy w wielu pensjonatach, noclegach i hotelach różnej klasy i pobyt uważamy za średni

Polecam ten hotel rodzinom z mniejszymi dziećmi. Położenie hotelu i widoki niesamowite. Posiłki bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Strefa basenowa Family świetnie zaaranżowana. Pokoje odnowione. Wanna na plus. Warto skorzystać z pakietów wtedy usługi dodatkowe są w cenie lub tańsze. Jedynie długie oczekiwanie na windę był problemem, ale chyba to kwestia trwającej rewitalizacji obiektu.

Check in was not very welcoming. A lot of little broken things in the room ex. Broken trash can in the bathroom. The room was very smelly. No iron in the room. There an iron room on the 1st floor but it was very dirty. Breakfasts are far from enjoyable.
