Lejlighed er flot og bærer præg af at det er nyt og moderne. Eneste problem er at der er meget lyt. Man kan høre alt fra gangen og omkringliggende værelser. Vi var på 101. Indendørs SPA var flot og i god stand. 3 forskellige jacuzzi og 2 saunaer. Byen har sin egen flotte markante byggestil som ApartHotel også er opført i. Hyggeligt nede i byen, men der er et stykke vej.

Habitaciones correctas , ubicación regular y personal responsable del hotel que no va a dar la cara ante cualquier problema que tenga un cliente. Hicimos una reserva con 1 día de antelación, reservamos 4 noches, y nos tuvimos que marchar urgentemente por una fractura y fiebre de nuestro hijo. Finalmente sólo estuvimos 1. No hemos NUNCA RECIBIDO RESPUESTA a nuestra reclamación de reembolso del dinero proporcional. Hubiéramos entendido penalización o incluso una negativa, pero no entendemos NO RESPONDER. Por cierto , Zakopane es un sitio para amantes de un tipo de turismo , que no es el de naturaleza, deporte , familia ……. Es un sitio destinado a amantes de las compras y poco más (hablo de en verano ) y este hotel es una representación de ello.

Room was ok but they gave us ground floor next to the road. It was terribly inconvenient. There was dust and then there was noise.

Excelente acomodação , seguramente voltaremos !
A único que não gostei foi o atendimento da recepção de 5 atendentes uma única se salvava as demais eram extremamente mal educadas sempre de cara fechada e ao perguntar eram rudes não servem pra trabalhar em recepção com público .

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The nightmare started after the checkout. We checked in into apartment 211. We just left our stuff inside and left to grab something to eat after exhausting drive. We came back late at night and noticed the induction plate has been broken. Thankfully I told my wife to take a picture of it. Don’t get me wrong, the apartments have been lovely and I couldn’t recommend it enough if it wasn’t for the service afterwards. We got an rude email form the manager bling us for breaking the induction plate. He wasn’t kind enough to answer his phone after sending his email. ApartHotel is trying to blame us for something their own housekeeping staff didn’t want to notice. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place.

The local spa is too small for such a hotel. You can only wear a swimsuit to the sauna. They didn't have towels in the spa, which are for a fee. Wifi doesn't work at all. The furniture on the terrace is broken. The room is small and lacks storage space. I do not recommend it.

Nasza druga wizyta w tym miejscu. Tak jak poprzednio - wszystko super. Doskonała obsługa: pomocna, kompetentna i bardzo miła. Pokój tym razem rodzinny: przestronny, świetnie wyposażony (zmywarka i nawet tabletki do niej, mikrofala, garnki, sztućce, w każdym pokoju telewizor). Bardzo czysty i zadbany. Strefa relaksu ( jacuzzi I sauny) także czyste i zachęcające do odpoczynku. W tym roku już działający bar z drunkami i kawa. Podsumowując: BARDZO POLECAM!
