**Hotel Review** I recently stayed at the Phoenix hotel located in a prime spot facing Solomon Square in Zakynthos town centre, and I was impressed by its beautiful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a great start to my stay. Upon entering my room, I encountered a minor issue with the safe not working. However, I quickly called the reception, and a staff member promptly arrived to resolve the problem. The room itself was basic but had everything I needed, and considering the price I paid, it offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options, and both the juice and coffee were outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and I encountered no issues. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

Very bad service, room is not very clean and the shower is broken. Nothing in the room even a cup, not recommend

Very, very good, excellent location, in the center of Zante Town, right outside the sea and port, 10 minutes drive to the airport. The service attitude and hygiene are very, very good

We stayed in a family room at the edge, with a one-bedroom and one-living room layout. There was a busy road outside the toilet. Except for the master bedroom, sleeping in the living room was a disaster. The toilet door was a glass door with no sound insulation at all. All the passing cars were extremely loud, just like sleeping on the main road. It was so noisy. People with poor sleep should be careful. As for the breakfast, it was just a basic breakfast, not as rich as the comments said. The hygiene was very average. My child was bitten by insects on the first night. I went to the supermarket to buy insecticide the next day.

It's only about 15 minutes' walk from tourist attractions. It's very close to the pier. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The service attitude is good. You can see the sea view.

Good location! Good breakfast! The room is small and old. The elevator of this kind of hotel in the town is very narrow. It can't fit one person's luggage at most. Two people need to run twice! The room is not soundproofed. The foreigners next door are so excited that they can be heard clearly! There is a balcony, but it is on the side. I feel that the front side facing the sea is more comfortable! The town of Zakynthos is not commercialized, but it is still worth a visit! Carrefour Express is downstairs from the Phoenix Hotel. The restaurant and cafe on the first floor are also the place for breakfast. The breakfast variety is OK and the taste is OK!
