The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is conveniently located not far from the town. There is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. The blue and orange lines between the ski resorts are both starting stations, so there will definitely be seats.
Another advantage is that the room is big enough.
But the hygiene is really far from the so-called spotless Japanese hotels. Bedbugs were found in the room, and the waiter took the tools to get rid of them without even an apology. After staying for two days, I found dried blood on the quilt. Although there was a layer of sheets between them, it was still very disgusting.

This hotel is located just 5 minutes from echigo yuzawa station by shuttle bus. The room is clean and comfortable. Naspa ski garden is suitable for family with small children and ski facilities are great.

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night.
Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel.
In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...
