房間很整潔，設施齊全，衞生條件很好，環境很好，前台的服務員待客人很熱情周到，反映的問題立即給予解決。食堂的服務很細緻入微，自助餐品種多，很適合不同口味的人羣食用。食堂管理人員主動徵求意見，讓人感動。而且中餐還提供茶水、飲品等，自助午餐真的很不錯。特別是要感謝高鐵接站的司機司服，我不知道他姓什麼，周到熱情，貼心，雖然下着大雨，還是前後主動幫助提行裏箱，到賓館樓下還主動搬行李箱樓梯！重點表揚一下30日值小夜班和31日上午的服務員，態度和服務都很熱情，還主動解答和備茶水！
