上午休息的時候酒店旁邊在裝修沖擊鑽的聲音吵的睡不了覺，我打電話給前台問説是週末好像不能裝修，能不能説一下，前台告訴我那是其他樓在裝修管不了，那我也沒説什麼，接着有服務員來敲我的房間門，説是對面在裝修他們沒有辦法説，我説前台電話已經告訴我了，説不了就算了，服務員還問我那我現在是要怎麼説呢？這句話讓我很無語，我都説了算了，還要問我怎麼説。還有就是打電話催退房的事情，我兑換了延時退房到2點我當然知道是兩點前退房，沒必要超過幾分鐘就告訴我超過兩點半要收我房費，再説我凌晨兩點多才來住，超過了幾分鐘都不行？作為一個星級酒店，首先管理制度和對客人的服務態度放在前位，其他方面沒得説，如果不是真的無語我不會在這裏打半天字來評價！

國慶假期出遊，臨時決定住一晚，選擇了這家酒店，入住體驗不錯。前台小姐姐熱情有禮，客房服務員耐心帶領我們看房間，為我們推薦安靜了房間。酒店房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富美味，餐具漂亮😍😍😍😍😍😍，拍照啦。
