我要客訴攜程服務人員，（不是客訴漢庭）5/21我誤訂5個房間，下午漢庭櫃枱發現我們人未到打了七八通電話給攜程服務人員通知我確認，但攜程服務人員接到電話確遲遲未打給我，直到5/22下午才打給我，此時已無法取消5/21的房間，以至損失1500元人民幣。我從事旅遊業長年在攜程訂房也是VIP。如今這件事讓我非常失望，固然我誤訂再先但因攜程服務人員的不盡責害我無法即時挽回錯誤。從今已後我已不在信任攜程。可能也不會在攜程訂房了。

前台服務專業性極差，開發票的時候金額不對，核對好金額後，説發票給我發過來了，但發票遲遲收不到，第二天打電話回去説開票的人休班了讓我等開票的人上班再説，一再要求下才換了一個人開發票。
