偶然發現的酒店，臨湖景色非常優美，酒店設施非常好，房間特別舒適，晚上可以逛很長時間的夜景近，處有一農家樂吃魚頭砂鍋。

環境：在山間的度假村難免有一些小飛蟲，還算比較正常
服務：關於服務這一塊，重點差評，首先是前台跟保潔阿姨之間溝通不流暢，我所在的房間已經提前告知需要延遲退房，但是仍然在原定的時間段，推門而入造成一定困擾；
第二，今天八點多，我於八點進入餐廳吃早飯，麪檔今天當值的阿姨服務態度特別惡劣，親眼看見她將別人的有葱的麪食進鍋燉煮，隨後我發現我的那碗麪還沒下，詢問她原因，告知我葱需要在麪完成後才能添加，故讓我重新配一碗給她，我按照要求配完了，又看見她將我之前那碗放進去煮了。這不是看人下菜碟嗎？？？？？！！！此行為氣的我早飯都沒吃，希望貴酒店提升服務人員的規培水平。

酒店比較新，建在一個療養地產區域，背靠雲和湖，現在這裏主要是第二天要去雲和梯田，位置比較近。
酒店總體可以，唯一有個問題就是每層房間和電梯間有個錯層，還要走樓梯才能到，這個設計有點無語，非常不方便

酒店所在一個度假村，環境優越。但目前有一部分公寓還未完工，屬於工地狀態，和酒店形成反差。作為一個攜程五鑽的酒店，經過入住體驗感覺有兩點不足：
1、本人攜家人於當日兩點到達酒店，辦理入住時前台告知兩間房間均已退房，但未收拾好，需要等待。因為隨行長者旅途勞頓，需要儘量休息，與前台溝通希望優先收拾出一間安頓長者。但直到等到四點鐘房間都未收拾出一間。向前台再次催促，於二十分鐘後終於收拾完成，影響了入住體驗。
2、早餐發現放置吐司麪包的果醬的盒子是空的，與餐廳服務生溝通，希望再取一些。服務生答應並讓我們等他一下。我們在原地等了半天，後來找他，發現後者正在檔口取工作餐。問他果醬取哪去了，他説沒有了。
3、還是早餐，我和其他住客在排隊等麪條檔口煮麪，發現同我們排隊的還有酒店的工作人員。這在我們在所去住過的攜程五鑽的酒店是從來沒有遇到過的。
4、長者住的大床房門把手是壞的。
