地理位置優越，酒店設施建設也不錯 服務團隊實在太差了，有點自暴自棄的感覺，入住在門口搬行李，保安就站在一米遠的地方盯着看，搭把手都沒有；中午吃飯十來個人，問有沒有包廂，明明中午十二點了餐廳一個人都沒有，服務生偏偏説中午全訂滿了，讓我們坐大廳四人桌拼一下吃，主打一個能不服務就不服務；萌寵樂園就兩種動物，滑滑梯也臟的不行

路過麗水，選擇住在雲和，酒店整體硬件設施非常好,風景也是絕美，像畫中的感覺，安靜湉美。客服升級了房間，坐在陽台上的感覺更好，舒適極了。酒店定位五星級，但感覺酒店的管理還是差點意思，房間的壁燈是壞的，早餐也太過簡單，品質很一般。

酒店前台連點微笑都捨不得給，從辦入住開始就是板著臉，體驗感超差！
所以後面有啥需求也沒找他們！還有晚上樓下餐廳搞得跟KTV一樣，影響睡眠了！超級鬱悶！
另外，酒店沒啥可以玩的，早餐也很簡單，品種很少，確實也衹能作為過渡房臨時住一晚。
