The hotel is very good, the parking lot (above ground and below ground) is large and convenient. The hotel breakfast is very rich. The hotel is very close to Yan Street, Chishen Temple Museum, Yuncheng Museum and Wanda Plaza.

This hotel does not prohibit smoking. There are always people sitting in the lobby smoking, making it difficult to breathe for people who never smoke. Extremely bad for children. The room we checked in also had the smell of smoke; we changed into another room which is good; but still could feel smoke in the corridor. Reception is very helpful

Everything is good and lovely except the fact that they are doing a rehaul on their aircondition system, causing the rooms to not be airconditioned. It was extremely stuffy and they didn't mention this issue to us when we checked-in till we called the front desk and asked. They sent us a fan after the call which helped with the stuffiness, but it would have been better if they had been upfront about it.

The room facilities are old, and the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature and air volume. The washing machine was broken, but they didn't tell me beforehand. When I asked the service staff if there was a washing machine, they said yes. The clothes could not be washed, and when I looked for the detergent, they didn't tell me that the washing machine was broken. About 25 minutes later, they told me that there were two washing machines, one of which had already broken down and no one repaired it. The other one broke down two days ago. (At this time, the clothes and detergent had been put into the washing machine, so I had no choice but to take them out).
