品牌酒店，設施OK，環境也不錯，房間衞生也可以，總體來説硬件沒問題。但是，明明有兩道大門，可以隔温隔熱隔灰塵，偏偏要開着，大廳整體灰塵大。對面是一個傢俱中心，旁邊街道晚上是夜市，也還方便。
服務員培訓不到位，我5點多到店，她在打電話，開着免提和人打着電話的同時給我開房卡。拿到房卡不能開門，下來找她再授權，再上去還是不能開，再下來找她。服務員拿着通用卡和我一起上樓開了，説一會讓師傅來修。等得我睡着到8點醒來都沒來修。出去吃飯之前，到前台要她們再授權，處理好了出去吃飯，回來到房門口還是不能開門，再下去找她們，説換班了，問我怎麼不在開始就要求換房間？確實沒想過一個酒店的房卡授權竟然困難到需要換房間來解決的地步。最後可能是直接把通用卡給我當房卡了。最後聯繫到攜程，酒店沒有一句解釋也沒有一句道歉的話，一副無所謂的態度。
衹住了一晚，趕緊搬了酒店。
