必須要給酒店一個好評。孩子今天高考，這些天可能壓力太大，精神狀態沒那麼好，今早出發上車後，都快到考點了，才發現准考證忘記帶，於是我趕緊給酒店打電話，前台接到電話後安撫我説別急，考場在哪，現在立刻給我送，是酒店的工程師傅開車送過來的。還好有酒店員工的全力配合，讓孩子準時參加了高考，穩住了心態，不然第一天第一科就發生這種事，後果不堪設想。中午回酒店休息的時候，房間內提前放好了前台給準備的果盤，並貼心的寫了便簽給孩子加油，又感動又驚喜。早晨我們出發的比較早，餐廳員工還給提前煮好了麪條，酒店這些細節做的真是太好了。以後也會推薦身邊人過來住!

運城出差這段時間，在非繁酒店了將近一個月，跟我一起住的同事是境外回來，由於剛回國時差還沒倒過來，沒想到昨天在回房間時，出現了突**況，同事突發低血糖感到一陣頭暈目眩，隨後就蹲坐在走廊裏，當時把我嚇壞了，那一刻的恐慌感難以言表，正當我感到無助時，酒店的大姐發現了我，迅速幫忙過來攙扶，第一時間跟前台説明瞭情況，酒店店長小姑娘也趕緊跑了過來，小心翼翼的送回房間休息，仔細詢問身體狀態，甚至還一路小跑着去樓下葯房借來了血壓儀，還把葯房的醫生也叫過來幫忙看了看，真的震驚到我了，這些細心和負責人的態度，讓我忐忑的心漸漸安定下來，更讓我感動的是，工作人員以最快的速度準備了富含糖分的水果送到房間，前台也送來很好看的小點心，前台説是店長特意讓她們出去買的，酒店都沒有這些點心，在緩和後，不適感也慢慢消退，在這個不是很熟悉的城市，倘若獨自暈倒在外面，後果不堪設想，而非繁酒店的工作人員用實際行動，讓我感受到了家人般的温暖，從大姐緊急救援到工作人員的貼心關懷，他們不僅專業高效，更難能可貴的是那份對客人發自內心的關心，這次經歷，讓我深刻體會到非繁酒店的服務温度，衷心感謝每一位幫助我的工作人員，非繁酒店絕對是我今後出差、旅行的首選，我會再回來的!
