This high-end B&B hotel next to Baisha Ancient Town is in a very good location. It is very convenient to go to Yulong Snow Mountain and other scenic spots. The B&B has a pick-up service. The location is very good. You can directly see Yulong Snow Mountain from the room. You can see the sunrise from 7 to 8 in the morning. You can go to the nearby Baisha Ancient Town in the afternoon to experience the local Naxi culture. The room environment is very comfortable. The hotel has carefully prepared sunscreen spray and a care package. The room is also equipped with high-end gift box toiletries. The room is equipped with a very high-end smart toilet, 4k projection giant screen, Dyson hair dryer and Dyson air purifier, and snacks and various drinks are prepared in the refrigerator.

Due to family members' colds and altitude sickness, we retreated early from Xiaozhongdian. But I had no regrets at all. Yuhu Village welcomed me with a bright and beautiful view. I really loved the relaxation and freedom of Yuhu Village, the friends at Ruixi Hotel, and the cute kittens, especially the little pine cones. I rubbed them well~ If there is a next time, I will choose Ruixi again, haha!

Choosing this homestay is not a city center, it is a great experience in the whole trip. Most of the Yunnan B&Bs are opened by foreigners. This is a rare local Naxi native. In order to bring children to experience local life and feel Dongba culture, I chose this one. The homestay is in Changshui Village, five or six kilometers away from the ancient city. As soon as you come, you can feel the enthusiasm of the owner. The whole house is full of the intention of the host to the room facilities. I have eaten at the homestay for two consecutive nights. It is very comfortable to eat. It feels like going home. The ingredients are fresh, which is completely unexperienced in the restaurant outside. Come to Yunnan again, will want to come back!

however this hotel is not located near the 古镇。It takes around 20 mins to head to the 古镇， but it is convenient with didi.

The welcome fruit plate is so healthy and delicious . We were surprised by the spectacular view of YuLong Snow Mountain right in front of the room. The room is so spacious that we laid down two large and one small luggage without any movement issue. Also not to mention about interior design is so cosy and comfortable. Instant hot water during shower, sufficient number of power socket, smart toilet bowl and self service free laundry machines were available for our need.
This hotel also serve healthy, balance diet and Yunan caffe for breakfast.
We thank you to front desk manager, Miss Xiao for her best efforts and arrangements.
This is the best hotel in Lijiang that we stay so far. I strongly recommend to visitor that plan to have a short stay in Lijiang and wanted to go other places in the next morning.

There is an Amezhai campsite around the hotel. The campsite is at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. You can see the sunrise in the morning and the starry sky at night. During the stay, the housekeepers Xiao Zhao and Xiao Bai were very attentive and provided a lot of assistance. I contacted the hotel via WeChat before booking, and the reply was very quick.
The hotel is located in Dongba Valley, about 20 to 30 minutes’ drive from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It is a good place to go to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain the next day. Even if there is a traffic jam in the morning, it only takes an hour’s drive to the entrance of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Scenic Area.
There are no restaurants nearby, so we can only eat in the hotel. The meals are very good and the prices are reasonable.

If the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise over the Golden Mountain from the restaurant terrace or walk 20 minutes to the Dongba Valley Lake. Unfortunately, it was quite cloudy the two days we went there. You can still see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which is nice.

GGuest UserLast weekend, when people all over the country were waiting for the wind to come, I decided to go to Lijiang to avoid the peak, but I bypassed the ancient city and stayed in Yuhu Village at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Because it was a sudden decision and I only had one weekend, I didn't think much about it and quickly booked a homestay that was newly recommended on the platform homepage. The result was a pleasant surprise of this trip.
After I arrived, I learned from the boss that the layout of the B&B was designed by a very talented teacher from Tsinghua University. It is connected to the century-old house next door. The large glass windows in my room bring the reflection of the snow-capped mountains into the room, and any photo I take is a postcard-quality picture. Sitting on the terrace of the homestay in the evening, watching the wind and clouds passing over the peaks of the snow-capped mountains, I truly understood the profound meaning of the breeze and bright moon that can be purchased without a penny. It was really wonderful and I completely forgot myself here.
From the moment you step into the B&B, the butler-style service makes you feel like you are at home. The boss is not only well versed in Dongba culture, but also a local experience designer. He prepared hot rice noodles and freshly ground coffee in the morning, and personally took me on a hiking tour on the ”secret trail”, which was a pleasant surprise. In the evening, he chatted with other guests in the living room for a long time. The boss kept saying that this place felt like home, which is really rare. In the business world, I was suddenly moved by the simple way of treating people.

Facilities: The road coming in from the door is narrow, but you can drive there. From the entrance, you can see Yulong Snow Mountain and the wooden viewing platform in the homestay. There are some simple and comfortable wooden horses, swings, bonfires, pools and other decorations in the yard, which are very warm. Check-in The lobby and restaurant are also very stylish, facing the snow-capped mountains is more photogenic.
The room is as shown in the picture, and the boss upgraded us to a suite for free! ! ! ! What a surprise! ! The original camera is taken without filters, solid wood furniture, and the display and furnishings are also very exquisite, with texture and can be photographed.
The two wash basins in the suite are really very convenient! ! Men with girlfriends understand it! ! Couples can solve many troubles when traveling, and the hotel's full-length mirror is very good, not deformed, especially photogenic, and the original picture is straight out!
The quilt, sheets and pillows are all very clean. The mattress is not so soft and is more elastic. The quilt is very comfortable and fluffy. The pillow is also good, a little harder than the popular Atour pillow.
Hygiene: Very clean, the homestay is relatively new, the bathtub and toilet are equipped with disposable sets, the bath towels also have a faint fragrance and the smell of disinfectant, and of course they are equipped with disposable supplies.
Environment: The surrounding environment is quiet, there are occasional puppies, and there are one or two small ants in the room, but it is harmless after all, it is at the foot of the mountain.
There is no delicious takeaway near the hotel, so we ordered food in the hotel! The dishes made by the hotel are delicious! ! Not inferior to the restaurants outside, free coffee, rose latte and osmanthus latte are very good. It is delivered when you check in. There are also small snacks, which can also be delivered to the room.
Service: Just the right service, comfortable distance, help with luggage, attentive butler service is standard, any needs and travel issues can be consulted by the boss, even if I leave the hotel, the boss is very attentive to answer my questions about travel projects, which is a good after-sales service. The hotel can pick up and drop off Baisha Ancient Town for free, but I didn't go out, because listening to music, taking a bath, and looking at the scenery in the hotel is so comfortable that I don't want to go out! !

YYinhuaioI was amazed from the moment I entered the gate. There are surprises everywhere. There is also this natural wabi-sabi style B&B in Baisha. The front yard is very natural as a whole. Every place is just right for me. Where is it really? Every shot without any processing is perfect. What’s even more surprising is the backyard, which has a wooden house, a bonfire, and a large platform. You can lie on a deck chair and relax while facing the snow-capped mountains. It’s really comfortable to stay in any B&B anywhere. Once you arrive at the B&B, you stay there all the time to relax. It’s really I don't want to go anywhere. The bedding in the room is very comfortable. Because I came here in winter, the temperature is still relatively low at night. The whole room is very comfortable with floor heating. Every experience reflects the careful layout of the B&B. Everything used is carefully designed. It is designed and very comfortable to use. Such a treasure B&B is really rare. GGuest UserWe were initially staying at a large Hyatt brand hotel in Lijiang, and wanted to experience these up and coming boutique, modern style hotels. So my comparison is against the traditional big name hotels with similar price points.
Pros:
1. Interesting design, bathroom right by the window
2. Great service, you can contact them easily and they are always free to have a conversation with you
3. Free flow drinks and snacks
4. Free car service to nearby towns
5. Cute open farm where you can feed and play with goats, ponies and even dogs.
Cons:
1. Open concept lobby. Was freezing when having my breakfast.
2. Breakfast only starts at 8:30am, with limited options. You don’t get to enjoy the buffet style of large hotels.
3. Had trouble figuring out how to turn on heating, so was absolutely freezing in the room.
4. Room Design didn’t translate into practicality. Didn’t enjoy the open concept toilet. But this is contentious, and really up to individual preference. But I didn’t get the luxury experience I was looking for.
5. Lack of privacy: we booked the room with a large hot tub with Mountain View. However it is also facing the farm and being on the second floor. Anyone can easily look up and see us in the bath tub. While there is no one playing at night, we were only limited to night time baths which was a waste as we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the view in the day time.
Overall, while I enjoyed the personalized and impeccable service (comparable to Aman hotels and expensive Maldives resorts), I just feel like the hotel being new, has a few teething issues it needs to resolve.
I would argue that it is also an individual’s personal preference. For me, they shared the same price point with the large luxury brands in the area, but I just did not get the luxury experience from the room and hotel’s design. Their room design seem to heavily focus on aesthetics but not really functionality for their guests.

GGuest UserThe end of March and the beginning of April are the off-season for tourism. The store owner was very generous and directly upgraded the room type from Cloud Shadow to Far View. The environment is comfortable, the housekeepers, the restaurant and the cleaning ladies are all very friendly, and they also treat us to taste Pu'er tea and flower cakes in the evening. Our signature dog, the Samoyed, weighs three pounds. He is affectionate, loves to laugh, is huggable, and is extremely adorable! Highly recommended!

CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

JJjieniI recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics.
While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl.
I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety.
Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.
