經家人推薦，我們特意來住。酒店很漂亮，停車方便，酒店設施環境也不錯，拍照出片。
前台經理白經理看我帶着長者小孩，主動送上咖啡，還給孩子拿了玩偶。
由於我當晚有重要會議兩小時，和前台孫經理溝通申請20層會議室遭到傲慢的拒絕，我的房費不比20層得少，不知為何要受到如此待遇，感受很不好，希望能夠合理對待旅客的需求。
我自己找到了4層會議室，中途負責會議室的何經理告知我這是收費的，我説明瞭情況，她將帶到餐廳安靜的角落，還幫我關上門給我一杯水，一直到會議結束將我送回房間。真正體現了床頭那封信的意義。希望服務人員都能有令顧客賓至如歸的能力。
不知是床品不舒服還是裝修的味道刺鼻，我們一宿都沒能進入深度睡眠。
餐廳早餐很不錯，味道好！
希望排名第一的酒店越做越好！
