Employee training is not done. Words are good, attitude is good, it's extremely rude. In the dressing room of the bathhouse, underwear that seems to have been left behind has been left for two days. I don't think it's been checked or disinfected. The shower head had hair wrapped around it and didn't even seem to be cleaned. The worst thing is to speak ill of a different customer to a customer. That customer's eating style is dirty, that customer is insane, etc. I will never go there again.
