Overall, I think it was a good choice because I was very satisfied with my stay! On the first day, I arrived and there was no convenience store near the accommodation, so I wanted to buy water and a kettle at the convenience store and spend some time leisurely (my luggage was light at the time), so I walked without the pick-up service. It wasn't bad! I also explored the neighborhood! But it got harder the more I walked. LOL
The staff were also friendly and I had no trouble communicating using the translator. I was most worried about the kaiseki, but it was actually more delicious than I thought, so I had a good breakfast and dinner. This may vary from person to person, so please keep that in mind! I like salty food more than sweet food, so it may have suited me better. It was definitely salty!
The accommodation was also clean and nice! They provided a thin towel that seemed to be a face towel and a large towel that you can use after showering. The shower room and bathroom inside were also clean and nice! There were slippers on the indoor shoes and veranda, and there were yukatas and geta (socks were also provided when going outside. LOL)!
The hot springs were not private hot springs where I stayed, so I went to the private bath and the open-air bath, but anyway, there was a sign? or something like that, so if no one was using it, it was almost like a private bath, so I and my group were the only ones there, so I enjoyed it without any inconvenience!
I enjoyed it so much that I will visit again and recommend it to my friends!
