I used it with my family of four, and I enjoyed a lot of free services, and the food was wonderful and delicious.

宿泊者数に比べて、大浴場の収容人数が少なく、好きなタイミングで入浴できない。お湯がでなく、浴槽のお湯を使わなければならなかった。 清掃など行き届いてない。 周辺に何もないので、施設内で過ごすしかないが、施設内もテント以外何もなく、とにかく何をしたらいいか分からず、暇でしかない。何もしたくない方には良いかもしれないが、何も無さすぎる。 スタッフが忙しいすぎるのか、すぐに対応してもらえない。フロントはいつもスタッフが出払っていて誰もが居ない。

12月年底剛好碰到大雪，但寢室帳跟食事帳都備有暖氣，環境非常舒適! 早餐晚餐非常豐富，完全不怕吃不飽！而且晚上9點過後有免費消夜烤飯糰可以點 館內聯絡方式是用LINE，點餐或是有什麼需要都可以直接訊息聯絡 非常方便！ 地理位置，因為在別府、湯布院中間，玩完別府到COMOREBI住一晚，隔天再到湯布院或是倒過來走都算是蠻方便的。 位置在山裡面，沒有大眾交通工具可以到，所以建議租車會比教方便些

후쿠오카는 가끔 들르는 곳인데 색다른곳을 가보고 싶어 검색중에 코모레비 리조트를 보게되었습니다. "우"짱이라 불리는 한국인 스텝이 우리 객실을 전담해서 케어를 해주셨는데 밝은 에너지를 받아갈 수 있었습니다. 벌레는 무섭지만 야외에서 캠핑 감성을 내면서도 씻고 화장실 사용에 있어서 타협을 할 수 없다하면 바로 이곳입니다. 저희 제외하고 다른 객실은 일본분들었는데 한국인들도 좋아할만한 곳입니다! 매우 추천.

일본 도심이 아닌 자연을 느끼고 싶다면 코모레비로 가세요!! 경치, 음식, 온천, 서비스까지 최고입니다..(서비스가 젤로 최고) 가장 좋았던 건 아무것도 가지고 가지 않아도 된다는 것. 내 몸과 속옷만 가져가면 코모레비에서 모든걸 제공해줍니다.(클렌징, 스킨케어 어매니티는 물론이고 잠옷과 롱패딩까지;;) 일본어 못해도 걱정 마셔요.. 한국인 스태프분들이 계시니까요…⭐️ 전 지금까지 여기에서 두 번 묵어봤는데, 다음에도 오이타에 가게 된다면 또 가고 싶네요

サプライズをお願いしたのですか メッセージの内容や お願いしたタイミング全て違いました その後の対応は良かったのですが 楽しみにしていた分残念でした あとはお風呂の シャワーが冷水しか出ず 寒い思いをして入りました 犬を連れておりドッグランに行ったのですが整備がきちんとされておらずぐちゃぐちゃで事前に見せて頂いた内容（椅子の設置がない）とは異なり残念でした 焚き火を楽しめたり飲み放題を 追加できたりと良かったです
