Thai Season

Clean, comfortable and spacious room; a spacious bathroom with a lovely, large shower. Liked the fact that there were normal keys for the rooms, as this meant that we weren't disturbed by doors being slammed shut as is usually the case when doors have electronic key cards. We were each given a bottle of water to take to our room when we checked in, which was a nice touch; the staff were friendly and offered to carry our bags. Great value for money and we'd definitely stay here again. We also ate dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious with great service.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, unfortunately this time was very different. No staff when you check in , keys left on a table. Our room was very tiny and very small bed but was clean. We also ate in the restaurant food was not great and definitely not as good as before. Food was very bland and expensive. We asked for breakfast but they no longer serve breakfast and we’re advised to try the next village along. Nobody around when we checked out it seems it’s a self serve hotel it really has deteriorated from our last stay. Expensive and poor service

Enjoyed a superb meal family meal on New Years Day, four generations all catered for by lovely staff. Delicious food so nicely presented Previously only had Take Aways, we will certainly return to eat in this very nice spacious restaurant .

We had a take away which was fantastic. We had two different curries both were balanced with flavour and the vegetables and beef were cooked to perfection. We have had take aways from here many times and never been disappointed. Thank you

Have just enjoyed with my wife a typically excellent meal at the Pritsana. More importantly was the honesty of the staff. Our bill came to £55 with tip. I inadvertently gave £75 in cash by way of payment because very carelessly instead of 5 ten pound notes plus a fiver, I gave 3 ten pound notes and two twenty pound notes. I was on my way of the restaurant but was chased by a member of staff who informed me of my overpayment. So I was able to remove one of the twenty pound notes and pay the original £55. I would not have noticed my careless mistake and can only thank the member of staff for her honesty and for recognising what had happened. Thank you very much indeed. Always very charming and attentive but also wonderfully honest. Ian
