This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel on Ctrip. The discriminatory treatment in the lobby bar is unacceptable: the waiter greeted the white customers warmly and took the initiative to serve them, but ignored our presence throughout the whole process, and even pretended not to see us when we looked at each other. This obvious discriminatory treatment is completely contrary to the hotel's claim of "making guests feel at home".
What is even more unsatisfactory is the deliberate behavior of the front desk when arranging the room. Even though it was clear that we were carrying two large suitcases, they still tried to allocate a room of the same type that required climbing stairs and was inconveniently located, while the white travelers who checked in with us were all arranged on a more convenient floor. Although we finally negotiated to change, the intention of this discriminatory treatment was already very obvious.
Although the room itself was not obviously damaged, the facilities were old (the wallpaper was warped and the bathroom hardware was rusted) and the maintenance was insufficient, which was completely inconsistent with its star positioning and price. I hope the hotel can face up to the problem of discrimination in service, rather than just using "historical buildings" as an excuse
