Definitely worth staying and we will definitely be back again. Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, perfect for the business meeting location then an afternoon in York.

A really nice b&b that's only a 10 minute walk into town. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed a few times at this gem of a hotel. It’s in a great location, a very quiet road literally about a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. There is parking on site. The rooms are comfortable. Beautiful Yorkshire breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Good location about 10 min walk to city centre. Good quality breakfast. Clean hotel. Big ensuite with great shower. We stayed in economy double but was a had everything needed for our weekend stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Terrific location with a top service team. This B&B was quite exceptional. We could walk into town in 15 minutes. Breakfast was really delicious and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Thanks for an excellent stay!

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting York. The location is perfect, you can easily walk into the city. Safe parking is available at the B&B. All the staff was super friendly. They serve a lovely full english breakfast and also operate a bar to have a drink at night. We can highly recommend this B&B.
