The journey to York went through the following steps Train cancellation—Raining🌧️Bitter wind and rain without an umbrella—Hotel front desk off work—Find the back door of the hotel parking lot—Climbed to the 4th floor with the suitcase—Smell-good toiletries that really healed❤️🩹—Soft bed🛏️The next morning—Another beautiful day Ctrip’s customer service staff was very👍responsible.
