The staff members are friendly. The room is super clean. It is not that near to the city centre. I rode bus to get there but it is an ok distance to walk to the rail station. The hair dryer sounds old with creepy noise. Other amenities are good with body lotion included. However, the mirror in the toilet is too high for me.

Great hotel. Location was perfect for walking into town. 15 minute walk from station.
Rooms were clean and shower was good.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in the attic suite. It was amazing. Really clean, comfy beds. Loads of extras in the rooms like toiletry’s hair dryer etc.

Lovely period hotel. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at reception which I found out was because poor Nadia was having to do everything. I had to come down later and inform her that I had parked my car in the car park (nb £14/day). The room was lovely big and clean. Do be aware though there is no lift and there are additional steps to get to the room and our room had 2 steps to get to the en-suite. The shower was massive. There was no tea bags, and only 2 coffee pods with no explanation whether they were decaf or not. The tv remote would not switch the tv on or off. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but they needed to be paid for £2.50 each. For the price we paid for the hotel in advance too I feel we should have had more/better amenities in the room.

Hotel was stunning. Well decorated for the Christmas period. Staff were extremely helpful and positive. The room itself was very clean. Highly reccomend staying here.

Such a fun and beautiful hotel! Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was so quiet. Bed was quite comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. We were able to get street parking very close to the hotel. ~20 min walk to the start of the walls and the old city center. Very good value.
