The room is quite clean, about the same level as domestic all seasons hotels, and it is actually the same abroad. The breakfast is not bad and worth choosing. There are not many places to eat around, and the supermarket is also far away

Highly recommended. It is convenient to park when driving to York. The room is nice, and the toilet and bathroom are separated. It is also close to the city center, so you can just walk there. There is also a delicious Chinese restaurant next to it.

The room is very big and newer than some old hotels. However, the heating and air conditioning in winter are not that warm. Fortunately, the service staff is very nice and brought a heater in the early morning. Secondly, the hotel swimming pool here is very comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot and is very quiet.

Good location, short walking distance into town. Room size is comfortable for two pax. Broken shower was not informed to us when checking in. Had to shower over the bath that had no showering curtain, this made the entire toilet wet and potentially slippery. It will also be inconvenient if someone is unable to climb in and out of a bath easily.
Towels were not provided, requested via the QR code. However, after waiting awhile, we had to go down to lobby to remind the staff of our request. It was then promptly addressed.

It's a nice place with pet friendly, very close to the city just walking 10 min ,a little too expensive for breakfast (£20/each) ,for the parking was £20....the price it's not the same like in the site but very helpful and nice staff
