There was a small hiccup but the issue was resolved by shifting us to another room. Location is near to the waterfall. Staff offered free ride from airport. Very pleasant stay.

You have to walk about 10 minutes to the hotel from the entrance of the Ancient Town. Location is good. The room is very dirty and the ceiling is mouldy. We did not use the shower at all as it is not very clean. The room is dusty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The only positive point is if you booked the room with a view, it is very scenic at night. I have uploaded the photo of the mouldy ceiling and the view from the room so that you can make a decision.

Because our house is in the scenic area, next to the waterfall, and the entrance is the main passage for tourists to visit, so the car cannot drive to the entrance. So after picking you up from the high-speed rail station, our car can only be parked in the nearest parking lot. It is not as long as you said to walk from the parking lot to the store. It only takes about three or four minutes. It may take longer because your suitcase is too big, but our staff has helped you get the largest and heaviest suitcase after picking you up, and after quickly delivering the first suitcase to the hotel, they returned to help get the second suitcase, until the two suitcases were delivered to your room. And when you returned the next day, the staff helped to deliver the luggage to the exit of the scenic area and sent you to the taxi to the high-speed rail station. We have an aunt to clean the room every day. As for the ceiling, it is not moldy, but the white lime of the decoration has fallen off, so it looks ugly, so that you didn't see it clearly and thought it was moldy. It is true that we did not notice that its white skin fell off, causing you a bad experience, and we are deeply sorry. Very Nice inn with friendly owners. It is very well situated in the Ancient City. The owners can get you a 3 day pass for the city for a reduced price. We booked the twin room in december and luckily there is a heater to keep you warm. The view is incredibly beautiful and there is a cute little balcony. We would stay here again.

pick up service from hsr station was great. hotel overlooking waterfall. room a bit dated. but overall still ok for a night.

The hotel provided service to pick up from the railway station. They would also help to purchase entrance tickets into the city. The location is walking distance to photo spots to take pictures of the waterfall and not far from the entrance. But it can be noisy as the street along the hotel is a busy one with group tours and restaurants.

What an absolutely incredible place to visit. The staff were amazing, they picked me up from the train station for free and purchased the town entrance tickets at a discounted price. The view from the balcony was fantastic both at day and night time. The staff also helped me book a taxi to my train when leaving and I had left some belongings behind and they ran them to me before the taxi arrived. 5 star service 5 star location. Would highly recommend this the service could not have been better!

For the price we paid the Chun Pu room, it is not quite worth it. The cleanliness is not good, when we checked in, we noticed urine stains on the toilet bowl seat. I complained to thr boss and he wiped and clean with cloth without doing sanitiser. Then only I requested for sanitiser then he got it for me and I sanitised the toilet seat myself. Thr location of the hotel is good with good river view. The lady staff also nice to pick us from train station. That is a plus point.

This hotel is in the middle of the city and has great view from room (hotel is above waterfall, so no waterfall view). It has a great room, service with an affordable price. Owner contacts us before arrival date for an appointment to pick up at train station. They help us buy ticket to enter the city and also call a taxi for us on checkout date.

Good location. Staffs are very nice especially a lady who wear eyeglass, she take very good care of us even she cannot speak English but she tried to translate and explain everything. We stay on 4th floor, a room is very clean and comfortable to stay. I can sleep very tight even no air conditioning but the weather is cold. I recommend to book for this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable, including the toilet. The river-view room was fantastic. The hotel provided one-way transport to or from furongzhen train station - we took a taxi from the train station to the accommodation and a lady kindly sent us back to the train station from the accommodation when we were checking out. Highly recommend!
