I had a very pleasant stay here for a night. Very clean and neat hotel. Right from the reception to the hallways to the room, every place was clean.
Extremely good service. Polite and helpful team at the hotel.
Very good breakfast with a very decent spread of Western food.
The bath tub with the complementary bath salt was the best for me after a long day of walking around the city.

The hotel’s hardware is okay, but the service can’t keep up. Before I went out, I told the cleaning aunt to help me refill the shampoo and body wash. When I took a shower at night, I found that the daily shampoo and body wash were not replenished. The toothbrush for the adults was not replenished. The auntie finished cleaning. I also took away the power card from the room. Although there is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, there is no food when there is no traffic in the restaurant during the May Day Golden Week. Even ordering a pickled fish requires a phone call to confirm, etc. There was no response for 20 minutes, and we drove down the mountain to find a farmhouse to eat. The breakfast was also very average, not even a cup of coffee. The surrounding area was desolate and there was no gym. We would not come again

I often stay in this hotel. I am very familiar with the front desk. The service is very considerate. They all know what kind of room I like to stay in. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are Powerlong Plaza, Dasixiang Cultural Street, and Snack Street nearby, which is very convenient. It's the first time I brought friends to stay in this hotel. The room facilities are complete and the service personnel are of high quality, which is very different from some express business hotels. The hotel is probably due to open in 2024, the whole is quite new, and I also found this one after reading the reviews. The room did not take pictures. The whole is satisfactory, clean and hygienic. It would be better if you can change to a smart toilet. The only regret is that the breakfast was unexpectedly poor. It started at 7:30 to end at 9:30. I was about 8:30. I had an empty breakfast. I had bottomed out. There was nothing to choose from. Even a bowl of noodles was made so casual. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast service.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered.
