連定兩天，環球是連鎖酒店看到很多出差的商務人士，運氣不佳給到的房間是在2樓，整個走廊就是陰潮且有氣味，很侷促的房間與攜程圖片不符。而且吸煙房的味道非常非常難聞，開窗都散不掉。早晚飯免費提供。

On the day of arrival, I found out that the hot spring facilities were under maintenance and could not be used. The next day, I wanted to try the free breakfast provided by the hotel, but when I saw that there was nothing to eat, I finally gave up. Since the dinner place had already been arranged, I did not try the one provided by the hotel. The sofas in the hotel lobby are tattered, but for the price, I can't ask for much.

The location is convenient and the appearance is prominent and easy to recognize. Yonago Station can be reached within a five-minute walk. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but well maintained. The twin room we booked was not as good as the pictures on the website. There was no sand in the room, and the two beds took up most of the room, so there was limited space for activities. The air conditioner's air supply blades did not operate properly, but fortunately it was cool at night so we didn't have to turn it on. The room should have been renovated recently. The overall feeling is clean and bright. The pillows are moderately soft and hard, and I slept well. The free breakfast and dinner are very cost-effective. Although they are canteen-style meals, the quality is acceptable. There are not many restaurants around Yonago Station at night. Dinner is served until 9:30pm, which is very considerate to guests who return late.

I believe this hotel is part of a related hotel chain, and I've stayed in Himeji before, so I was very confident when I stayed in Yonago! It lived up to my expectations! In addition to breakfast and dinner, the front desk staff are also well-trained! I'll definitely be staying here again. I'll post pictures and a video of the entrance hall for your reference.
