The hotel has excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. I booked wrong room type and they changed for me efficiently. The room also has an air purifier which helps as Yokohama Japan was very dry. The location is great as the B1 was linked to Yokohama station, Takashimaya, SOGO, Newoman and JOINUS buildings. Yokohama station also has a Keikyu Line that is direct commute to Haneda airport (30 mins and cost ＜¥400).

Very convenient location - Hotel is linked to the Yokohama station and shopping area (e.g. Takashimaya). It is very convenient to get to Haneda airport by train (keikyu) and limousine bus (Ycat) which are at the Yokohama station. The breakfast was very good too! However, the indoor pool (sports club) is only for adults so this was disappointing for our kids.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street. The hotel room is reasonably big, well-equipped and maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would like to thank Miyazaki san. My wife was sick and Miyazaki san offered great help in looking for English English-speaking medical doctor for her. Miyazaki san sent us a message to follow up with my wife's health and offer room service for breakfast. It was really helpful and touching.

Big hotel with decent good size rooms right next to Yokohama train station which is directly corrected by an underpass. The breakfast is excellent with many varieties and tasty. I shall definitively stay here again when opportunities arise.

Once again, I stayed in a hotel directly connected to Yokohama Station. It takes 25 minutes to get to the station from Haneda Airport by taking the Keikyu Line. Go to the west exit Takashimaya. It is easy to find. The all-day dinner restaurant on the second floor has been renovated. I no longer have to worry about queuing for breakfast, haha!
