It is 5 minutes walk from the station, and it is accessible without getting wet even in the rain. 15 minutes by train to Shibuya and 30 minutes including transfer time to Shinjuku. The last train from Shinjuku to Shibuya is over 24:00, so I don't think it will be painful to combine it with sightseeing in Tokyo. In the west, you can eat while watching Mt. Fuji and 30F restaurants depending on the weather and seats. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from the guest room because the room I stayed in was on the south side, but if you are in the guest room on the west side, you may be able to spend time watching Mt. Fuji changing its facial expression in the morning, noon, and evening. Even if you couldn't see Mt. Fuji, the view from 28F29F was exceptional. If you are eating around the hotel, it is recommended to check the business hours in advance.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November.
Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it.
The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum.
I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.
We collect a bathing tax from junior high school students and above. The price that needs to be paid at the front desk may differ from the price displayed on your reservation.

Unable to check in with their automated system but there were staff available on hand to help.
Room is small but clean. Bathtub available, no cabinet to put clothes, only hangars provided but only staying for one night so was okay.
Connected to Family Mart so was convenient to get drinks or food if needed.
Didn't use facilities so can't comment.
Breakfast was good.

It is just opened in 6/5 and is clean in the hotel building and in the room. Access is a few minutes from Shin Takashima Station of Minato Mirai Line. I think it is based on the person, but if you walk from the east exit of JR Yokohama station to Nissan headquarters building, it is a hotel in another block, so there is a choice here if it is not painful to walk. 1F Enter the hotel entrance and the front desk is 9F so it is in the elevator. Check-in is paperless with automatic check-in machine. Check-out is at the counter. 10F On the above room floor, the security elevator that doesn't move if the card key is not swallowed. This room is room 1312 on the 13th floor. Room on the side of Minato Mirai Boulevard. The view from the room is Shiseido, Keifuku headquarters building, Minato Mirai Boulevard, bay quarter, etc. 43 inch Sony 4KTV has a button that can access hulu, NETFLIX, U-NEXT, AbemaTV, YouTube from the remote control. If you have registered guests in each service except Abema and YouTube, you can watch it. The lighting in the room is a little dark only by downlight. The room and unit bus are large enough (^ o ^) v hand soap is Laura Ashley. Body soap is Steven ・ nor. Amenities are also necessary for toothbrushes and shaver. There is a humid air purifier, a hot pot, and a refrigerator. There are coffee and Sencha amenities. There is a small moon object in the room. The bed was large and I could sleep well.

Excellent hotel, Great helpful staff. The only thing negative I can say , the room was very small, I'm sure they have bigger rooms, maybe I did not notice the room size when I booked.
Breakfast was excellent, even though we were late after 9 AM which we did not realize that in Japan most of the places breakfast ends at 9AM, not like in USA 10AM
The location is the best, right next to the River and walking distance to the Gondola the Ferris wheel. The view from the breakfast room is awesome, over looking all the gorgeous beauty. Enjoy Yokohama. I loved this City.

It is a few minutes walk from Sakuragicho Station. It's near Yokohama City Hall. Building 4 The hotel is up to the floor, and it looks like an apartment, but the entrance is the opposite, so it doesn't fit. The front desk and interior are clean and casual. There was coffee at the front desk. Convenience stores are also nearby and convenient. It depends on the location of the room, but the room I stayed in had a strange bathtub, so I wondered if it was good to have only a shower.

Good hotel, very friendly staff at the reception and the staff of the washroom. Very clean hotel and not too expensive. The only less point is its AC rooms (central A-C) but the temperature is not very hot to set. Window can not open.

GGuest User26th – 29th August 2023 Yokohama, Japan Mitsui Garden Hotel, Yokohama Some random thoughts / comments regarding our stay as they spring up: - Taxi arrives at G/F, no porter service but guests have to wheel luggage to 20/F to check in - ultra modern hotel, bright & airy, spacious lobby and so new – freshly opened in mid May 2023 - push through glass doors to fully exposed outdoor lounge with sofas and low coffee tables to sit and chill while enjoying a wide stretch of city view through wide glass panels - minimalism theme throughout the reception, lobby and extended to the rooms with clean, light beech minimalistic design - check in smooth and staff even though not the most conversant in English, pose no barriers in carrying out simple conversation - guests are to collect toiletries at a small nook beside the check in desk before heading up to the room--- choice of individually wrapped razor ; toothbrush+ paste ; shower cap; vanity set, comb, Q-tips to put inside a white zip-bloc to bring along to the room for own consumption - all toiletries are displayed bare for guests to take at liberty and every guest feels at ease to take what is needed without any staff there to peep over their shoulder—very generous hotel policy indeed - two bottles of water , tea sachets and drip coffee replenished daily - iron + ironing board provided upon request - the entire hotel, i.e. everywhere smells fresh, everywhere looks bright and clean - bedding and towels all white, fluffy and clean - slippers provided - USB and sockets all well positioned in the room - Telly available and a bottle of room freshener spray provided - shower & bathtub in one enclosed area to save space which in fact is a good and efficient idea to have everything confined to one space - very powerful shower with stable temperature that is easy to adjust - shower area completely watertight so can fully enjoy a nice relaxing shower after a long day and no need to mop the spills afterwards - body gel, shampoo + conditioner all in three separate commercial bottles with dispenser firmly installed onto the wall - big clean panes in room for a nice view overlooking the city and partial harbour - furniture in room is all clean and sofa not sunken, which is one of the advantages of a new hotel - room is not very big but very comfy because everything is very functional while minimalist design gives a contemporary, fuss-free vibe - spacious , bright and clean lobby on 20/F where there is an auto-play piano and there are sofas + reading floor lamps all around the piano, so guests are free to sit and relax with a book or just enjoy the piano when it auto plays at stipulated times - an intimate bar on the other side of the lobby overlooking the pool, but closes before 12am - a gym + pool also on lobby level - a restaurant on lobby floor that serves breakfast - “ Lawsons Convenience Store “ on 2/F, 7-11 and family Mart also close by - Yokohama Cosmo World and Marine Park at walkable distances - Safe, c
GGuest UserThe location is convenient. There are elevators at Exit 3 and Exit 5 of Bashamichi subway station. The hotel thoughtfully prepared toiletries and slippers for children. There are two Lawsons near the hotel, as well as a very good supermarket. I will stay here again next time.
GGuest UserNice view with a fair price. I was trying to confirm the location of the parking lots with the staff but the front desk of this hotel is located above the ground floor. Overall, it is a good hotel.
TTONG CHI HOUVery convenient location with just few minutes walking distance from the Yokohama Station. Very nice breakfast restaurant down the hotel also serving the general public. Satisfied business style hotel for staying consecutively 3 nights in there.
헤헤수스Really easy to get there from the subway station. The location is good because there are many places to eat and drink, it is also close to the Bus terminal in case you are planing to take a night bus to another city. Department Stores and PKM center also around the area. The Capsules are wide and clean, you have TV, headphones, light, etc. You also get pajamas, which are soft and big. They give you a locker witha key, you can sotre your shoes, bag, etc you need for the day, and also you have a room to store your big bags. The brathroom were clean, and also they have separate room with mirrors next to the locker rooms for you to shave, do makeup, etc you need. The sauna and showers are located in the 1st floor, you get a big and a small towel. Inside you can find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Finally, check out is really easy and they let you keep your bags in the sotrage room after check out, but i would recomend to ask for how long they can keep them. I defenitively recommend this place for short or long stay.
CCharlesHotel was about a five minute walk from the train station. Hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful at check in. Lobby was semi-spacious with some amenities and toiletries offered. Room was clean and larger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Only downside I would say is the hotel’s proximity to the railroad tracks…you do occasionally hear the trains as they pass. Not overbearing; however, you do hear them. With that being said, I would still stay at this hotel again.
SSAS971Reservation was last minute. I booked smoking by mistake.
Still it was ok to change. Check in was smooth and fast.
Bed was large... Definitely appreciated as I am 6'2 with long arms and legs.
The wide TV was also most welcomed to work with. I had business graphics to analyze.
It was convenient to connect the HDMI cable from my laptop.
It was a quite room and internet was fast.
The neighborhood is really convenient whatever you might have in mind... Restaurant, taxi, public transportation, park walk, even the Stadium is near by... Not to mention the biggest Chinatown in Japan.
I paid less then 4000 yen for one night, one person... (Including a few discounts).
So, it was an overall good experience.
I was just bothered by the TV remote control not working properly. But i managed.
NNghia Pham TravelI have stayed here the second time visiting Yokohama as the location is perfect (located right in the China Town). It was good as the check-out time is now 12pm (it was 10am in my previous trip).
GGuest UserThe room size is sufficient. It is a little troublesome that the number type is opened. The bed was comfortable. There are several hairs in the bathroom and bathtub. Did you clean properly? The toilet was beautiful. There are traces like water scales in various places except for the toilet. Please clean more carefully because it is not a shared shower in a youth hostel or capsule hotel. It was good to complain on the spot, but there is no in-line phone. If there is anything, you can go down and talk directly. This is the first time a hotel like this. And the private thing of the sphere rolled into a narrow gap under the refrigerator, and it was forced to peek in, but it was full of dust. Because it is a floor, there is a side that is not possible, and only this part is terrible. It's not a place to see, and there's no meaning in this gap. Is it better to block it because it's very hard to clean? The most important bed was comfortable (not too hard and too soft), so it was enough to go and sleep. It was good to have a bottle of water if there was a hot water heater and a glass. The fee was paid mileage, but it was about 5000 yen, so it is good for a busy period. Is the service itself worth the price? If you only manage the bathroom bathtub. It will fade.
GGuest UserCozy place. A tv that can either be a good thing or a bad one if ppl turn it up too loud and spend hours on it zapping around. In the same time in that same common area it’s forbidden to talk, as this place is supposed to be for eating and working, but then they place a tv with Netflix and YouTube and all that stuff in that same room. It’s too hot in the dormitory with too thick blankets at the same time. Otherwise the view from the common space is great and there’s a balcony for smoking on the other side of the apartment. In the end I worked in the stairway…also they place the ppl close to each other even if there’s a lot o space to keep them at distance. So half of the dorm was empty but still I had a snoring guy sleeping right underneath my bed…this can be improved.
