We could not prepare the room that we had reserved for 4 days and 3 nights (stay without meals) from August 3rd to 6th. It's like double booking. There was contact on the day of departure, and I arranged another hotel on my own in a hurry. After that, I exchanged e-mails with the sales manager, and was told that the manager would contact me, but more than a week has passed and I have not received an apology or an apology.
