The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pajamas were comfortable, and the turndown service was fantastic. It felt so cozy. The room had a balcony, and it was so comfortable to sit outside with candles (and there weren't many mosquitoes, which is really important 😂). -Service: The service was truly excellent. From the moment I contacted the housekeeper before check-in, I could sense the hotel's attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, there were no minor hiccups. I was pleasantly surprised the entire time. -Environment: It's conveniently located right next to a main road, but as soon as you enter the parking lot, you're surrounded by greenery. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the hotel's management and layout, with lush flowers and plants. The overall design, from the furniture to the lighting to the landscaping, is truly thoughtful. I especially loved the hotel's tea room; it was absolutely stunning. It rained the entire time I was there, but the sounds of rain, wind, frogs, and birdsong were even more poetic. Time slipped by unnoticed there, and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere was truly soothing. -Dining: Both breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly well-presented, and I was amazed both days. I wanted to try them all on the first day, but I went right away on the second. Every dish was truly delicious. The food at Shangyuan was also excellent, allowing us to experience unique dishes, and the service was once again top-notch.
