設施：住的A樓比較新，都是智能設備，小朋友很喜歡
衞生：很乾凈，晚間還有一次房間整理服務
服務：服務超級好，進酒店就幫忙拿行李，送酸梅湯，看到小朋友都不用説房間已經準備好小童洗漱用品了，天熱還房間裏準備了綠豆湯！有問題聯繫管家響應也很及時！退房後發現還有免費洗車服務，太貼心了吧！
早餐自助餐也是比較豐富的，唯一能挑刺的地方大概就是泳池水有點冷吧🤣
非常不錯的入住體驗，下次去宜興還會選這家的👍

宜興大酒店體驗超預期！最驚喜的是停車場保安，主動幫住客洗車，細節處見用心。大堂服務也很貼心，工作人員會倒茶並陪同進房，全程周到。
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住得舒服。早餐品種豐富，中西式都有，但部分菜品味道一般，還有提升空間。
整體性價比不錯，服務加分不少，推薦入住～

帶孩子三家人來玩的，定了三間房間，雖然是老牌酒店了，但各方面做的和18年前一點不差，前台接待禮貌熱情，大堂經理服務周到，親自帶我們上樓，房間乾淨整潔，禮賓大叔進出幫忙送行李，還有免費洗車服務，下次來還會入住

一次很糟糕的入住體驗：預訂酒店的時候已經含了兩份早餐，沒想到小朋友的還要另外收費，關鍵是和酒店協商解決這個事，拖了一個小時還沒解決，也不讓吃早餐，最後還是攜程出面解決了。房間衞生也很差，枕頭、毛巾都有異味。預訂的時候説有配套泳泳池、桌球室、乒乓球室、健身房，結果游泳池也不乾淨、桌球乒乓球還要另外收費！
