幫家裡長輩定的，環境非常好，雖然酒店老了一些，但是住的還是很舒服的，出門不遠就是成片的綠色竹海，總體很滿意

環境太好了，自然氧吧！
不巧大家庭十人出行遇上台風天氣。還好酒店有豐富的活動可以各種放鬆休閑:温泉、健身、桌球、乒乓、電影……真的十分滿意。各項設施和服務都很周到細緻，晚間還有酸奶和補充飲用水。臨走還送了伴手禮，太貼心了👍
雖然設施有點老，但是維護還不錯。房間非常寬敞，加上地理獨好，實在是非常適合家庭休閑的目的地。竹海就在對面，步行5分鐘就到。
酒店餐飲也有特色，早餐還算比較豐盛的了。正餐選擇很多，點菜性價比很高，菜品精緻美味，全家都很滿意。強力推薦到宜興竹海入住這家！

抱着休閑吸氧的心態去住幾天，無奈天公不作美，颱風暴雨，衹能呆在酒店，好在有健身房，泳池，温泉相伴，也挺好的，健身房基本無人，泳池水很乾凈，温泉個別湯池不是非常乾淨，其它都不錯，早餐品質還行，品種還蠻多，午餐晚餐也是酒店的餐廳吃的，性價比一般，不便宜但也不貴的離譜，客房服務很認真，大廳總枱很熱情，總之整個過程比較滿意！

2018年8月入住過一次，酒店就在宜興竹海的對面，空氣清新，環境不錯，酒店的服務也不錯！酒店的泳池和温泉給我們留下了很深的印象。這次去宜興女兒特意又要住宜興竹海國際會議中心，時隔七年還是如此的親切！茶香小鳳雛還是那麼的美味！
