I booked a single room on Ctrip for 84 yuan a night. To my surprise, the room was clean, transparent and had no peculiar smell. The guy at the front desk seemed a bit arrogant, but the service was very good. He served with a smile and spoke kindly. The only unpleasant thing was that I wanted to extend my stay at the original price the next day. Another young man at the front desk (I don’t know if he was the boss) said that he wanted to extend his stay at this price and asked me to look for it next to the train station. Maybe it's just his personality. Overall not bad, had a good sleep.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Clean and central location. Good restaurant for breakfast. Easy check in and check out process. Lots of bottled water. Great! You will never get wrong with this hotel. Good memories and shops are just around the corner. Eat access to convenient stores and local banks.

The transportation of the hotel is very convenient. It is right on the road. There are many places to eat across the street. Especially the service staff of the hotel are warm and polite. It feels very warm when you check in. The decoration is also very designed. The lobby is very beautiful and full of design. The room is hygienic and clean. , the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, the breakfast is not bad, overall it is good value for money, my friend said that I chose this hotel well this time😄

He was incredibly professional and courteous, making my check-in process quick and seamless. As it was my first time visiting Yiwu, Samson also provided me with a lot of helpful information about the area, which made navigating the city much easier. His excellent service truly stood out and added to the overall great experience!

It was a hurried evening. I had just arrived at Pudong Airport from abroad. Due to the effects of exhaustion and jet lag, I accidentally left a suitcase containing important documents and personal items on the luggage conveyor belt while collecting my luggage. When I realized that my luggage was missing, I had left the airport and was ready to rest in your hotel. In the face of this sudden situation, I felt very anxious and helpless, after all, the items in my luggage were very important to me. In desperation, I tried to ask the hotel front desk for help. To my surprise, the staff at the front desk not only showed no slight slackness, but immediately showed a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They were quick to get in touch with the airport and asked in detail about the characteristics of my luggage and where it was lost. While waiting for a response, the staff also carefully prepared a place for me to take a break and reassured me not to worry too much and that they would do their utmost to assist me in retrieving my luggage. After hours of effort and coordination, good news finally came from the hotel: my luggage had been found by the airport staff and would be returned to the hotel as soon as possible. Hearing the news, my hanging heart finally let go. When the luggage was returned to my room intact, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. Not only did they help me get my luggage back, but they also provided me with an unforgettable service experience.

The hotel is very new, modern and clean. It’s a great business hotel. Cleaning staffs are generally friendly. Check in can be slow. Even though there are a few staff at the check in counter, however all the same is attention the same customer. Why not have 2 separate counter to speed up the check in and not let other customer wait? They also attended to customer who cut queue and ignore those who waited for a long time. It can be frustrating. Be fair, attend to those who have been queuing. Breakfast is tasty but little effort to switch menu. So if you have a long stay you will end up eating the same food. Gym is very basic.

That only problem I had was, that I didn’t stay longer 😅😬 Great location. You in between the Yiwu international trade market and the night market. About 15 minutes walk either side Don’t get confused between Byland world hotel and Byland star hotel. It’s not the same thing. Very clean and modern inside. You can open the curtains with a touch a button.

Great stay! The location is near to yiwu trading centre. Lots of halal food around and you can request a toilet with bidet tap! They even have english chanel on their satelite tv! Recommended 👍🏻
