The hotel is well located, with a quiet environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district is also well developed. The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it to friends who need it for reference!

The hotel itself was perfect, location, service and cleanliness. We faced an issue with the air conditioning system the first two nights. That made our sleeping experience really bad and difficult. To be fair the whole hotel had the same problem. They tried their best to fix the issue. But they couldn’t. Regarding this matter, i will definitely stay there again.

We got there with no online reservation, and the stuff didn’t care for us at all, they treated us poorly like they didn’t see us, no good customer service at all. We went out and made reservation online (trip.com) and when we came back in everything was different, they were nice and the check-in process was very quick. The room was clean (except the bathtub). One of the rooms, had a living room without chairs. The bed was really comfortable. The view was ok (but we didn’t come for the view). Overall it was ok, but I was disappointed on how we were treated just because we didn’t book the rooms online.

From arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. the rooms were as shown in the pictures; clean and spacious. the location of the hotel is very convenient since it's just a few minutes away from the International trade centers. I'll definitely be staying here every time I'm in Yiwu and would recommend it to others as well.

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

Thanks to the hotel for providing us with late check-out service! Because of the temporary change in the schedule, Bella, the front desk, was very patient in coordinating and extended it to 3 p.m. free of charge, so that we could sort out our luggage calmly. Such flexible service is really considerate. I will choose this place again next time!

The hotel is good for its price, just don't expect too much since you are getting what you paid for. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was taken aback because I thought I entered a shop instead of a hotel, then I checked the address, lo and behold, I'm at the right place. It's just that at the time, there were a lot of supplies at the lobby. Breakfast is good. They have both Chinese and Western food; with a lot of side dishes. I think that if you are a vegetarian you would appreciate it since they are mostly serving vegetables and tofu. A lot of the food is delicious and they change some of the side dishes daily.

Close to the international trade market and the night market. However, don’t expect much privacy. The room doors don’t block sound at all. Can clearly hear things in the hall from in the room and in the rooms from the hall. And somehow at 2am a food delivery driver came up to the 6th floor (instead of the food delivery robot) and he mistakenly started ringing our room bell 10 times or more for 5 minutes and yelling for us to open the door. Obviously we woke up. Then after he finally found the right room, a call girl came up to the 6th floor and mistakenly started knocking on our door at 3am. Waking us up again. She finally found her room and then there were people running in the halls and yelling. Horrible night’s rest. Do not stay at this hotel if you value quiet and privacy. Still not sure why a delivery driver was allowed to take the elevator to the room floors at 2am when it requires a room card to be swiped. Unbelievable. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. Steer clear.

I've been staying at the hotel everytime I travel to Yiwu. I like the location and the easy access from the train station. Quite convenient. The rooms are clean, and modern, but a bit small. Breakfast is good for a quick meal to start the day. I will book again for sure.
