We booked a 30-square-meter room, so the room is quite large, but it is quite dark, especially at the entrance and the toilet. It would be better if one or two more lights were added. The hotel is also very generous. Drinking water is available on every floor for free use. A bag of small gifts with many varieties is also given upon check-out. The sister in the lobby is very friendly and hardworking. She is responsible for check-in and check-out. She also serves coffee, drinks, cocktails, etc. when customers order them. I give her a thumbs up. Although the hotel is not very new, it is still OK overall. It could have scored higher, but when I went to the laundry room to use the washing machine and dryer, the score dropped significantly because the washing machine and dryer were not cleaned and were quite dirty. The attached picture shows that after we cleaned it with paper and then washed it in the washing machine, it still came out black after cleaning it with paper again. It's really horrible. In fact, many hotels will not let guests wash their underwear, shoes, socks, dolls, etc., but the customers here can leave anything to be washed. We saw someone leaving sneakers to be washed, which was really dirty. The hotel should manage itself carefully, otherwise the overall score will drop significantly.
